Walking
If you are starting from the Dire Dawa Railway Station, exit the station and turn right onto the main road. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the main highway (Bole Road). Cross the highway carefully and continue walking straight for another 300 meters. You will see a large sign for Ethio telecom on your left side. The office is located at the address HVR6+R5J, in the Kezira area of Dire Dawa.

From Dire Dawa City Center (near the Grand Hotel), head southeast on the main road. Continue straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Bole Road. Walk along Bole Road for about 700 meters. Ethio telecom will be located on your right side, identifiable by its blue and white signage.

If you are near the Dire Dawa Stadium, exit the stadium and head towards the main road. Turn left and walk straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the junction with Bole Road. Turn right at the junction and walk for approximately 300 meters. Look for the Ethio telecom building on your left, near the intersection.
