    From Gojjam, take the main road heading northwest towards Bahir Dar. After about 30 kilometers, you will reach the junction at Debre Markos. Continue straight towards Gondar for approximately 80 kilometers. As you approach Gondar, look for signs directing you to Simien Mountains National Park. Follow the signs to Debark, which is the main entry point to the park, located about 42 kilometers from Gondar. The total journey will take approximately 3-4 hours depending on traffic and road conditions.

    Start your journey in Gojjam by taking a minibus to Debre Markos. Ensure that you board a minibus heading towards Gondar. The fare is typically around 30-50 Ethiopian Birr. Upon arrival at Debre Markos, switch to another minibus headed for Gondar. Once in Gondar, you can catch a minibus to Debark, which is about 42 kilometers further.
