Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Gondar, head northwest on Bete Giyorgis Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Debre Birhan Street. Turn left onto Debre Birhan Street and walk for another 500 meters. You will see a small market on your right. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the junction. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the road marked for JFG9+36H. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Gondar Hills Resort will be on your right-hand side.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Gondar. Start from the main square in Gondar and cycle north on Bete Giyorgis Street for about 1 kilometer. At the intersection with Debre Birhan Street, make a left turn. Continue cycling for 500 meters and pass the small market on your right. Keep straight until you reach the roundabout, where you will take the second exit. Follow the JFG9+36H road for about 1.5 kilometers. The resort will be on your right. Ensure you wear a helmet and be cautious of local traffic.

• Public Transport

  To reach Gondar Hills Resort via public transport, find a minibus heading towards the outskirts of Gondar. Board the minibus at the main bus station located near the city center. Inform the driver that you want to go to JFG9+36H. The minibus will take you close to the resort. Once you disembark, walk approximately 500 meters northeast along the road until you see the resort on your right. Always check with locals or the driver for the best drop-off point.
