Continue straight for about 10 kilometers, following signs for Babile Elephant Sanctuary. The sanctuary is located off the main road, and you may need to ask locals for the exact entrance as it can be slightly hidden.

From Harar, you can take a minibus (known locally as a 'bajaj' or 'hijab') heading to Babile. The minibuses leave from the main bus station in Harar. The journey will take about 1.5 hours.
