Start at the center of Mekele, near the main square (Meskel Square). From there, head north along Abreha we Atsbeha Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Gonder Street. Turn left onto Gonder Street and continue walking. After a few blocks, you will see signposts pointing towards Mesebo.
