Start from the center of Mekele, near the main market area (Mercato). Head south on the main road (Hawelti Road). Continue for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Abay Road. At this intersection, you will find local shops and eateries, making it a good place to pause and enjoy local snacks. Turn left onto Abay Road and follow it for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several small neighborhoods and local markets. Keep walking until you see a sign for Aragure. After another 500 meters, you will arrive at the town square of Aragure, which is characterized by its vibrant community atmosphere.

From the main bus station in Mekele, take a minibus heading towards Aragure. Look for the minibus labeled 'Aragure' or ask the conductors for assistance. The fare is usually very affordable, typically around 10 Ethiopian Birr. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. The minibus will drop you off at the town square of Aragure. Once you arrive, you can explore the area on foot.
