Danakil Depression 4 days Tour

Unforgettable memories

The four-days Danakil Depression tour was an exceptional experience and one of the best of our trip to Ethiopia. The unique landscapes, salt flats, colorful formations of Dallol, and the incredible Erta Ale volcano made the journey truly unforgettable. The entire tour was well organized, and the team was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip. Our guides were knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable and informed at every stage. The transportation, meals, and camping arrangements were also handled very well, especially considering the remote and challenging environment.

Ethiopia Tigray Tours: Guided tour of Tigray rock hewn churches

Memorable trip in Gheralta with a knowledgeable, passionate guide

I recently went on a tour through the mountains of Tigray, Ethiopia, hiking to the rock-hewn churches of Gheralta. Haile, our guide, was exceptional throughout the experience. His background in theology made him an incredible source of knowledge, offering detailed answers to all our questions. You could feel his passion for Ethiopia, its rich history, and its religious significance, adding much depth to the tour. Haile’s kindness, sense of humor, and easygoing nature made the trip even more enjoyable. He knew the area well, crafting a great itinerary from the best hotel to stay in to the ideal times for visiting the churches. Despite numerous last-minute flight changes, Haile was flexible and went out of his way to accommodate us. It was a great tour!
