Walking
From the center of Argir, start by heading north on Leitisvegur road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by a few residential areas and see the landscape of the Faroe Islands around you. Look out for the signs pointing towards Sandavágur as you approach the outskirts of Argir. Once you reach the intersection at the end of Leitisvegur, turn left to continue on Leitisvegur towards Sandavágur. After roughly 1 kilometer, you will see Standbeeld Mikkjal á Ryggi on your right at 24-28 Leitisvegur, Sandavágur.
