If you are driving in Eysturoy, head towards Tórshavn. From Eysturoy, take the road towards the bridge that connects to Streymoy. Once you are on the main road (Road 10), follow it until you reach Tórshavn. Upon entering Tórshavn, continue straight until you reach Vaglið street. The statue of Rasmus Effersøe is located at 4 Vaglið, which is easily identifiable as it is in a public area. Parking may be available along the streets nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Rasmus Effersøe by public transport, take a bus from your location in Eysturoy to Tórshavn. You can check the local bus schedules (Strandfaraskip Landsins) for routes that connect you to Tórshavn. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Tórshavn, exit the terminal and walk towards Vaglið street. The statue is located at 4 Vaglið, a short walk from the bus terminal.
Walking
If you are already in Tórshavn or nearby, you can simply walk to Rasmus Effersøe. From the center of Tórshavn, head towards the harbor and follow Vaglið street. Keep an eye out for the statue located at 4 Vaglið. It's a pleasant walk with views of the surrounding area, and the site is open to the public.
