From Gøta, walk to the nearest ferry terminal in the village. The ferry to Sandoy departs from the terminal at Hestur. To get there, head southwest on the main road until you reach the junction. Once you board the ferry, enjoy the scenic views during the approximately 30-minute ride to Sandoy.
