Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the fork in the road. Keep to the left at the fork to continue on Road 10. After another 1 kilometer, you will see a small sign directing you to Trappan. Follow the sign and continue down the path, which will lead you to the base of the stairs at Bryggjubakki Tórshavn.

    Alternatively, you can take a scenic route by walking along the coastal path. From the harbor in Hvalvík, take the coastal walking trail that runs parallel to the sea.
