From Tórshavn, the drive to Gøta Museum is approximately 27 km and takes about 27 minutes. Follow the main roads towards Norðragøta. There are several places to park in Norðragøta, either by the church or the fish processing plant. Parking is generally free. Note that the speed limit is 50 km/h in urban areas and 80 km/h in rural areas.
Walking
If you are already in Norðragøta, the Gøta Museum is easily accessible by foot. From the village center, follow Tróndargøta. The museum is located at number 10. Walking around Nordragota is limited, and visitors may need to rely on vehicles to see a broader range of attractions.
