If you're driving from Klaksvík, start on Route 1 towards Tórshavn. After approximately 26 km, take the exit for Route 11 towards Gjógv. Continue on Route 11 for about 10 km until you reach the parking area for Svartafoss Waterfall. The parking area is clearly marked, and from there, you will need to hike approximately 1 km to reach the waterfall itself.
