    From Tórshavn, drive north on Route 10, crossing the Nordskala Bridge to Eysturoy. Continue north, then turn right onto Route 62 towards Funningur and Gjógv. Follow the road into Gjógv, parking in the designated area at the village entrance. Parking is free. Be aware that the road to Gjógv is narrow.

    From Tórshavn, take bus 400 to Oyrarbakki. Transfer to bus 201, which will take you to Gjógv. Check the SSL website (ssl.fo) for the most up-to-date schedule, as services are infrequent. A single fare on the bus costs approximately 30 DKK.
