Walking
From the center of Runavík, head south on the main road (Miðgarður) towards the intersection with the road leading to Hoyvík. Continue walking until you reach the crossing at the roundabout, where you will see signs for Hoyvík. Take the exit towards Hoyvík and follow the road as it curves. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see Hoyvikar Kirkja on your right side, located at the address 26HH+VXM, Karlamagnusarbreyt. The church is easily identifiable with its distinctive architecture.

From the center of Runavík, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the main square (Runavík Torg). Take the bus number 1 (direction Tórshavn). After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the bus stop named 'Hoyvík'. From the bus stop, walk south along Karlamagnusarbreyt for about 10 minutes. Hoyvikar Kirkja will be on your left, situated at 26HH+VXM, Karlamagnusarbreyt.
