If you are driving, start from Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands. Take the Eysturoy tunnel (toll applies) towards Eysturoy Island. After exiting the tunnel, follow the signs to the village of Klaksvik. From Klaksvik, continue to the ferry terminal and take the ferry to Kalsoy Island (ferry tickets required). Once you arrive at the ferry terminal in Trøllanes on Kalsoy, drive towards the hiking trailhead for Kallur Lighthouse. The trailhead is located at approximately 95CP+3M7, which is the GPS coordinate for the area. Be aware that the road to the lighthouse can be narrow and winding, so drive carefully.

To reach Kallur Lighthouse using public transportation, begin your journey in Tórshavn. Take a bus to Klaksvik, which operates several times a day. From Klaksvik, you will need to take a taxi to the ferry terminal, as public buses do not directly service the ferry. Once at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Kalsoy Island. Upon arrival at the Trøllanes ferry terminal, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the hiking trailhead for Kallur Lighthouse, located near the coordinates 95CP+3M7. Be sure to check the ferry schedule in advance, as it may vary depending on the season.
