    From Tórshavn, drive towards the village of Vestmanna. Take the main road Route 10, heading northwest. After approximately 25 km, you will reach a sign for Svartafoss at the road fork. Take the right turn onto Route 11 towards Lítla Dímun. Continue on this road until you find a small parking area near the trailhead for Svartafoss. The GPS coordinates for the parking area are approximately 62.0261° N, 6.7807° W.

    Public Transportation

    Take a bus from Tórshavn to Vestmanna. You can find the bus schedule on the local transportation website. Once you arrive in Vestmanna, you will need to take a taxi or arrange for local transport to reach the trailhead for Svartafoss.
