Walking
From the center of Tvøroyri, head north towards the main road (Road 10). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Road 11. Turn right onto Road 11. Stay on this road for approximately 4 kilometers. You will pass through scenic landscapes and small villages. Once you reach Haldarsvík, look for signs indicating the direction to Fossá or follow the local paths leading to the waterfall. It is a short hike from the village to the waterfall, and you will find designated walking paths.

From Tvøroyri, take the local bus from the main bus stop in the center of the town. The bus route to Haldarsvík operates regularly. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the correct times. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Haldarsvík, follow the signs to Fossá, which is a short walk from the bus stop. The walk will take about 15-20 minutes, following the well-marked paths.
