Start your journey from the capital of Vágar Island, Sørvágsvatn. Take Route 40 south towards the village of Sandavágur. Continue on Route 40 until you reach the village of Miðvágur. From Miðvágur, take Route 43 towards the ferry terminal at Sørvágur. Once at Sørvágur, you will need to take the ferry to Kalsoy. The ferry runs regularly, but be sure to check the schedule ahead of time. After arriving at the ferry terminal in Kalsoy, drive north to Trøllanes village. From Trøllanes, you will find signs directing you to the hiking trail leading to Kallur Lighthouse.

Begin your trip by taking a bus from Sørvágsvatn to Miðvágur. From Miðvágur, catch a bus to the ferry terminal at Sørvágur. The bus services are limited, so check the schedule in advance. After arriving at the ferry terminal, board the ferry to Kalsoy. Once you arrive at the Kalsoy ferry terminal, take a local bus or walk to Trøllanes village. When you reach Trøllanes, follow the marked trail that leads to Kallur Lighthouse. Be prepared for a steep hike, and ensure you're wearing appropriate footwear.

For a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from any location in Vágar Island to the ferry terminal at Sørvágur. After taking the ferry to Kalsoy, you can either take another taxi or walk to Trøllanes. Note that taxi services may need to be pre-booked, especially during peak tourist season.
