From the Vágar airport, take Route 40 towards Sørvágsvatn. Continue on Route 40 for about 10 km until you reach Sørvágur. From Sørvágur, take Route 11 heading towards the village of Miðvágur. After approximately 4 km, you will see a sign for Dunnesdrangar. The last part of the journey involves a short hike, so be prepared for outdoor conditions. You can park at the trailhead near the sign, and follow the well-marked path leading to Dunnesdrangar. Ensure you have sturdy footwear for the hike.

First, take a bus from Vágar airport to Sørvágur. The bus service operates regularly, and the fare is approximately 30 DKK. Once in Sørvágur, transfer to a local bus heading towards Miðvágur.
