    From Vágur, start at the main square near the church. Head west on the main road (Route 1) towards Sandavágur. This route is approximately 4 km and takes about 50 minutes to walk. Follow the signs for Sandavágur as you walk. Once you reach Sandavágur, you will see the beautiful harbor. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the end of the harbor area. Look for signs that lead towards Trælanípa, which is located northwest of the harbor.
