Public Transport
From Nadi Town, take a local bus towards Wailoaloa Beach. Buses run frequently from the Nadi Bus Station. The fare is approximately FJD 1-2, and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Alight at the Wailoaloa Beach stop and walk a short distance to the beach. Ensure you have some Fiji dollars in cash, as cards may not be accepted on local buses.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available in Nadi. A taxi from Nadi Airport to Wailoaloa Beach typically costs between FJD 4-6. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Agree on the fare before starting your journey, as taxis in Fiji may not always use meters. A taxi from Port Denarau to Wailoaloa Beach will cost approximately FJD 30.
Walking
From Nadi Town Centre, walk northwest along Main Street (also known as Queens Road). Continue until you reach Nadi Bay, then turn left onto Wailoaloa Road. Follow this road for about 15-20 minutes to reach Wailoaloa Beach. Note that there may not be sidewalks for the entire route.
