Walking
Start at the Levuka Wharf, which is the main arrival point in Levuka. Head north along the main road, known as Queen's Road, until you reach the junction with the road to Wailagilala. This is approximately a 15-minute walk. From the junction, continue straight, following the signs towards the Wailagilala village. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the village. Ask the locals for directions to Colo-I-Suva Forest Park, as they are familiar with the area and can provide the most accurate and safe routes.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Levuka. Start at the Levuka Wharf and ride north on Queen's Road for about 1.5 km. At the junction with Wailagilala Road, turn right and continue straight for another 2 km, following the signs to Wailagilala village. Upon reaching the village, locals can guide you through the best paths to Colo-I-Suva Forest Park, which is well known in the region.
Public Transport (Bus)
From Levuka, take a local bus heading towards Suva. Buses usually depart from the main bus stop near the Levuka Wharf. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the nearest stop to Colo-I-Suva Forest Park. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop, you may need to walk a short distance to the park entrance. Again, asking locals for exact directions is recommended.
