From the Fiji Museum in central Suva, head southeast on Waimanu Road until you reach Victoria Parade. Turn right onto Victoria Parade and continue for about 1 km until you reach Grantham Road. Turn left onto Grantham Road and follow it for approximately 1.5 km to the entrance of Suva Notch, located at RCHF+82, Suva. Look for signs indicating the trailhead.
