If you are traveling by car, start from Labasa, the main town in Vanua Levu. Head south on the Labasa to Savusavu Road (Route 7). Continue for about 30 kilometers until you reach a junction. Take a right turn onto the Toga Road. Follow this road, which will take you through scenic landscapes and local villages. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will arrive at the Naihehe Cave entrance, located at the coordinates 2J7H+P4, Toga. Make sure to park in the designated area.

To reach Naihehe Cave using public transportation, take a bus from Labasa to Savusavu. The bus fare is around FJD 4-5. Once in Savusavu, you will need to hire a taxi or a local minibus to Toga.
