Start your journey from Nadi or Suva by renting a car. From Nadi, head south on the Queens Road (Route 1) towards Sigatoka. After approximately 1 hour, turn onto the road towards Coral Coast, following signs for the ferry terminal at Denarau. This will take you to Denarau Island where you can park your car at the terminal. Parking fees are around FJD 10-20 per day. From Denarau, you will need to take a ferry to Mosquito Island, which takes approximately 30 minutes.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Nadi or Suva to Denarau. Buses from Nadi to Denarau run frequently and cost about FJD 2-4. Once you arrive at Denarau, you will need to catch the ferry to Mosquito Island. The ferry ride is approximately 30 minutes and costs around FJD 50-70 for a round trip. Ensure to check the ferry schedule in advance as it may vary.
