Getting there

Public Transport

From the center of Espoo, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 150 towards 'Kivenlahti'. Ensure you have a valid ticket before boarding. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes, and get off at the 'Kivenlahti' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 122 towards 'Nakkila'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at 'Västerby' stop. Once you exit the bus, head south on Västerbyntie street. Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the shores of the island where Tvijalp is located.

Walking

If you are close to the shoreline in Espoo, you can walk towards the nearest waterfront path. Follow the signs for 'Espoon Rantaraitti' which is a scenic walking trail along the coast. Keep walking until you reach the area near 'Västerby', where you will find access points to the island leading to Tvijalp. The path is well-marked, and you can enjoy views of the sea along the way.

Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Espoo city center and head towards the 'Espoon Rantaraitti'. You can rent a bicycle from local bike rental stations. Cycle along the waterfront path, following the signs towards 'Kivenlahti'. After about 30 minutes of cycling, you will reach the vicinity of 'Västerby', where you can park your bicycle and proceed on foot to the island of Tvijalp.
