Getting There

  • Public Transport

    From Kouvola Travel Centre, take bus number 5 or 15 towards Repovesi National Park. The bus journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. A single bus fare costs around 3-5€. Alight at a stop closest to one of the park entrances (Lapinsalmi or Tervajärvi). From the bus stop, follow the signs to the park entrance. Note that bus services may be limited, especially outside the summer season.

  • Taxi

    From Kouvola Travel Centre, a taxi to Repovesi National Park takes approximately 30 minutes. Taxis are available at the Kouvola train station. The trip will cost approximately 40-60€, depending on the time of day and traffic.

  • Car

    Repovesi National Park is located on the western side of the Kouvola-Mikkeli road (Highway 15). From Kouvola, follow Route 15 towards Mikkeli. Look for signs to Repovesi National Park. There are three entrances to the park: Lapinsalmi, Tervajärvi, and Saarijärvi, each with parking areas. Parking fees may apply, approximately 5€ per day.
