Getting There

  • Metro

    If you are near the metro station, take the metro line to 'Rautatientori' (Central Railway Station). Once you arrive at Rautatientori station, take the escalators to street level. Exit the station and head towards the large square in front of the Central Railway Station. From here, walk straight down 'Kaivokatu' street until you reach 'Mannerheimintie'. Cross the street and continue walking straight ahead on 'Pohjoisesplanadi'. You will find Esplanadi on your left.

  • Tram

    Take tram number 2 or 3 from any tram stop in the city center. If you are near 'Senate Square', board either tram and ride until you reach the 'Kauppatori' stop. After getting off, walk towards the water and turn left onto 'Pohjoisesplanadi'. Esplanadi park will be ahead on your left side.

  • Bus

    If you're at the main bus station (located at 'Kampin') or any other bus stop, take a bus that heads towards 'Kauppatori' or 'Rautatientori'. Upon disembarking at either stop, walk towards 'Pohjoisesplanadi'. From 'Rautatientori', walk north on 'Pohjoisesplanadi' to reach Esplanadi park.

  • Walking

    If you're already in the city center, Esplanadi is easily accessible by walking. From 'Senate Square', head towards 'Aleksanterinkatu' street and continue walking straight until you reach 'Mannerheimintie'. Turn left and walk towards 'Pohjoisesplanadi'. The park will be visible on your left as you approach.
