Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the Helsinki Central Station (Helsingin päärautatieasema). Exit the station and head east on Kaivokatu street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Mannerheimintie. At the intersection, turn right onto Mannerheimintie. Walk for about 500 meters until you see the entrance to Kaisaniemi Park on your left. Enter the park and follow the paths leading you to the Kaisaniemi botanic garden located at Kaisaniemenranta 2. The garden entrance will be indicated.

From the city center, locate the nearest tram stop. You can take tram number 1 or 7 from the tram stops near the Central Station (e.g., Rautatieasema). Ride the tram for 4 stops and get off at the 'Kaisaniemi' stop. After you exit the tram, walk a short distance eastward towards the park entrance. Enter the park, and you will find the Kaisaniemi botanic garden at Kaisaniemenranta 2.
