    Start your journey at the Jyväskylä city center. Head to the Jyväskylä bus station (Jyväskylän linja-autoasema), which is located at Vapaudenkatu 48. From there, take bus number 12 heading towards Jämsä. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Kylänpää' stop, which is the closest stop to Mäyrävuori Trail.

    After getting off at the 'Kylänpää' bus stop, continue walking along the main road (Jääskeläntie) in the direction of the signs for Mäyrävuori. The trailhead is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Look for the entrance to the trail on your right; it is marked clearly.
