Walking
From the Jyväskylä city center (e.g., Kauppakatu), head south towards Lake Jyväsjärvi. Walk down Kyllikinkatu until you reach the lakeside promenade. Follow the promenade along the lake, passing the university campus on your left. The Ylistö Bridge will be visible ahead, approximately a 20-minute walk.
Public Transport
From the Jyväskylä city center, take bus line 1 towards 'Ylistönrinne'. Catch the bus from the main bus stop at the central square. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Ylistö' stop, a 5-minute walk to the bridge. Follow signs towards Lake Jyväsjärvi. A single ticket costs €4.00.
