Walking
If you are starting from the Jyväskylä city center, head northeast on Kauppakatu towards Yliopistonkatu. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Yliopistonkatu. Turn left onto Yliopistonkatu. Walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see the Nero Stairs located at Yliopistonkatu 18 on your right. The stairs are easily visible and are a popular landmark.

From Jyväskylä bus station, take bus number 4 or 7 towards 'Harju' and get off at the 'Harju' stop. After exiting the bus, walk back towards Yliopistonkatu, then turn left. Continue walking for about 200 meters, and you will find the Nero Stairs at Yliopistonkatu 18 on your right.

If you are renting a bike, start from the city center and head northeast on Kauppakatu. When you reach the intersection with Yliopistonkatu, turn left. Continue along Yliopistonkatu for approximately 500 meters. The Nero Stairs will be on your right at Yliopistonkatu 18. There are bike racks available nearby.
