From Karhunkierros Trail, drive northeast on Road 860 for approximately 40 kilometers. Then turn left onto Riisitunturintie Road and continue for about 7 kilometers until you reach the parking area for Riisitunturi. From there, follow the marked trail to reach the summit.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Karhunkierros Trail to the town of Posio. From Posio, transfer to another bus that will take you to Riisitunturi National Park. The bus will drop you off at the entrance where you can start the hike to Riisitunturi summit.
