Walking
From Lahti city center, walk towards Lahti Market Square (Launeen Tori). Head east on Aleksanterinkatu Street, continuing straight until you reach Vapaudenkatu. Turn right onto Vapaudenkatu and walk towards the harbor. From the harbor, follow the signs for Lanupuisto, which is a short walk through Kariniemi Park. The walk from the city center is approximately 30-40 minutes.
Public Transport
From Lahti Bus Station, take bus number 5 towards Kariniemi. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or the driver. The bus ride is approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kariniemenpuistotie' stop, and walk a short distance along Kariniemenpuistotie to reach Lanupuisto. A single bus ticket within Lahti costs approximately €3.30.
Taxi
A taxi from Lahti city center to Lanupuisto takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Taxi stands are available at the Lahti Travel Centre. The estimated cost for a one-way taxi ride is €15-€25. Ride-sharing services are also available.
