If you're starting from Oulu's city center (e.g., Oulu Market Square), head east towards the riverfront. Walk along the river on Kirkkokatu Street, keeping the Oulu River on your left. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Kirkkokatu. Turn right onto Kirkkokatu and walk for another 200 meters. Oulu Cathedral will be on your left at Kirkkokatu 3 A.

From Oulu Market Square, take bus number 8 or 9 towards the Oulun Tuomiokirkko (Oulu Cathedral). The bus will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Kirkko' stop, which is just a short walk from the Cathedral. From the bus stop, head south on Kirkkokatu for about 150 meters, and you will see Oulu Cathedral on your right.
