Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the center of Porvoo, start at the Porvoo Cathedral located at Rantakatu 21, 06100 Porvoo. Head south on Rantakatu toward the river. Continue straight until you reach the bridge that crosses the Porvoo River. Cross the bridge and follow the path that leads you along the riverbank until you reach the fork. Keep left to stay on the riverside path. Continue walking for about 1 kilometer, and you will see Bokparken ahead on your right, just off the path.

• Public Transport

  Porvoo has an extensive bus service. From the Porvoo bus station, local buses efficiently connect visitors to nearby neighborhoods and attractions. Check the local Porvoo bus schedules for the most convenient route to Bokparken. A single fare for a short trip within Porvoo costs approximately €3.

• Taxi

  Taxis are available in Porvoo for direct transport to Bokparken. A taxi ride from the city center to the park typically costs between €10-€15. Taxi stands are located in central areas, or you can book a ride via phone or a mobile app.

• Driving

  If driving, paid parking is available on the streets in the city center area. Parking fee is €2/hour from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. Free parking spaces near the city center are marked in green on the parking map.
