Bus
From Porvoo city center, head to the Porvoo bus station located at Autobussiasema, which is easily accessible by foot. Take the bus number 500 to Helsinki. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Helsinki bus terminal, follow the signs to the metro station and take the metro towards Matinkylä or Tapiola. Get off at the Kamppi station. From Kamppi, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk straight on Urho Kekkosen katu and take a left on Töölönlahdenkatu. The Helsinki Central Library Oodi is located at Töölönlahdenkatu 4.

Train
Walk to the Porvoo bus station and take the bus to the nearest train station, which is in Hyvinkää. Once you arrive at Hyvinkää, board a train towards Helsinki. The train ride takes about 50 minutes. Once in Helsinki, disembark at the Helsinki Central Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards the main street, Mannerheimintie. Turn right and walk down to the intersection with Töölönlahdenkatu. Turn left on Töölönlahdenkatu, and you will find the Helsinki Central Library Oodi at number 4.

If you prefer walking, you can take a scenic route. From Porvoo city center, walk to the Porvoo bus station and take the bus number 500 to Helsinki. After arriving at the bus terminal in Helsinki, you can walk to the library. It’s about a 25-minute walk. From the bus terminal, head toward the city center, walk along the Erottaja street, and then turn right onto Töölönlahdenkatu. Continue straight until you reach the Helsinki Central Library Oodi at Töölönlahdenkatu 4.
