    If you are in the center of Rovaniemi, start at the Rovaniemi Tourist Information Center located at Koskikatu 5. From there, head east on Koskikatu towards the Ounaskoski River. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Pohjoisranta. Continue walking along Pohjoisranta for approximately 1 kilometer. The Provincial Museum of Lapland will be on your right at Pohjoisranta 4. Look for the large sign indicating the museum.

    From Rovaniemi city center, you can take bus number 8, which heads towards the Provincial Museum of Lapland. Catch the bus at the nearest stop, which is typically 'Rovaniemi Keskusta'. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Lapin maakuntamuseo' stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop. Head east along the path, and you will see the museum entrance on your left at Pohjoisranta 4.
