If you're driving from Kuopio, take Route 5 (E63) heading north. Continue on this road for about 85 km until you reach the junction with Route 23. Turn left onto Route 23 and follow it for approximately 30 km. Look for signs for Uusi Valamo and turn onto Valamontie. The monastery will be located at Valamontie 42, 79850 Uusi Valamo. Parking is available on-site.
