If you are driving from Savo to Senate Square in Helsinki, start by taking Route 5 (E63) south towards Helsinki. Continue on Route 5 for about 250 kilometers, following the signs for Helsinki. Once you approach the city, take the exit for Mannerheimintie, which will lead you into the city center. After about 5 kilometers, keep left to stay on Mannerheimintie, and follow the signs for the city center. Finally, turn right onto Kaivokatu and continue straight until you reach Senate Square. There is limited parking available around the square, and you may need to pay for parking, which typically costs around €2.50 per hour.

To reach Senate Square using public transportation from Savo, take a train from the nearest train station in Savo to Helsinki Central Station. The train journey takes approximately 3 to 4 hours and costs between €25 and €50, depending on the time and type of train. Upon arriving at Helsinki Central Station, exit and walk towards the main square (Kaisaniemi) and follow the signs for Senate Square. The square is about a 15-minute walk from the station.
