Walking
From the Turku Market Square (Kauppatori), head east on Aurakatu street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Kaivokatu. Turn left onto Kaivokatu and walk until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will see a park area. Puolalanmäki is located within this park area, just a short walk up the hill. Follow the path that leads upwards until you reach the top of the hill, where you will find the scenic viewpoint and the surrounding terrain.
Public Transport
From the Turku Market Square (Kauppatori), take bus number 1 or 2 from the nearby bus stop. Get off at the 'Puolalanmäki' stop. Once you exit the bus, you will be just a few minutes away from Puolalanmäki. Walk along the path leading into the park area. Follow the signs pointing towards the viewpoint, and soon you'll arrive at the top of Puolalanmäki with its beautiful scenery.
Bicycling
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental spots around Turku. Head towards the Aura River and take the riverside path heading east. Continue cycling until you reach the intersection with Kaivokatu. Turn left onto Kaivokatu and follow the road until it leads you to the park area. There are bike paths available, making it easy to navigate. Once you reach the park, you can lock your bike and take a short walk up the hill to Puolalanmäki.
