If you are traveling by car, head towards Majavatie, 00800 Helsinki, which is the address of Saunalahti Nature Reserve. From central Helsinki, take Route 170 (Vihdintie) westbound. Continue on this route for approximately 10 kilometers. Then take a left onto Majavatie. The nature reserve will be on your right. There is free parking available at the reserve.

To reach Saunalahti Nature Reserve using public transportation, start by taking the metro from any Helsinki metro station heading towards 'Ruoholahti' or 'Keskustunnel'. Transfer to bus number 165 at the 'Ruoholahti' station. This bus will take you to 'Saunalahti'. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Saunalahti' bus stop, you will find the entrance to the nature reserve a short walk away. Note that the metro and bus fares may vary; a single ticket costs around €2.80.
