If you are driving to Villinki, start from the center of Helsinki. Take the E18 motorway towards Vantaa. Follow the signs for 'Vantaa' and continue on E18 for about 18 km until you reach the exit for 'Helsinki - Vuosaari.' Keep left at the fork, follow the signs for 'Koskela' and 'Suomenlinna.' After around 5 km, look for signs directing you to 'Helsinki's South Harbor.' Park your car at one of the public parking lots near the harbor. From there, you will need to take a ferry to Villinki.

Begin your journey by taking the train from any station in Uusimaa to Helsinki Central Station. Ensure you are on a train that stops at Helsinki. Once you arrive at Helsinki Central Station, follow the signs to the metro or tram lines. Take tram line 7 or metro line to 'Kaisaniemi' and get off at 'Kauppatori' (Market Square). From Kauppatori, walk to the South Harbor where you can catch a ferry to Villinki. The ferry ride typically takes around 20 minutes. A round-trip ferry ticket costs approximately €10.
