  If you're traveling by car, head towards Loviisa from any location in Uusimaa. Use the E18 highway, which connects major towns in the region. Take the exit towards Loviisa, following the signs for the city center. Once you enter Loviisa, continue on Mannerheiminkatu for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will find Loviisa Town Hall at Mannerheiminkatu 4, 07900 Loviisa.
