If you're starting from the Vaasa Market Square (Kauppatori), head east on the street called Kauppakatu. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Hovioikeudenpuistikko. Turn left onto Hovioikeudenpuistikko and continue walking for another 400 meters. You will pass several shops and cafés along the way. Keep going until you reach the junction with Kasarmintori. Turn right, and the Memorial Wall to Troop Departments will be located in Kasarmintorin puisto, about 200 meters down the path on your left.

From the Vaasa Bus Station, take bus line 1 towards 'Huutoniemi' and get off at the stop 'Kasarmintori'. The bus ride is approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk toward Kasarmintorin puisto, which is just a short walk away. The Memorial Wall to Troop Departments is located within the park, easily visible from the main pathways.
