Car
From Big Bend National Park, head east on US-90 E towards Sanderson. Continue on US-90 E for approximately 70 miles until you reach the intersection with I-10 E. Merge onto I-10 E and drive for about 105 miles. Take exit 220 for US-27 N towards Tallahassee. Continue on US-27 N for about 60 miles until you reach the intersection with FL-44 E. Turn right onto FL-44 E and drive for approximately 25 miles. In Crystal River, turn left onto N Sailboat Ave, and the park will be on your right at 3266 N Sailboat Ave, Crystal River, FL 34428.
Public Transportation
From Big Bend National Park, you will need to reach the nearest major bus station. The closest bus station is in Fort Stockton. Take a Greyhound or similar bus service from Fort Stockton to Crystal River. This may require transfers and can take several hours. Once in Crystal River, you can use a rideshare app like Uber or Lyft to reach Crystal River Preserve State Park at 3266 N Sailboat Ave. Please check for the latest schedules and fares as they may vary.
