Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, start by heading south on A1A (North Atlantic Avenue) from anywhere in Cape Canaveral. Continue on A1A until you reach the intersection with Central Avenue. Turn left onto Central Avenue, and then take a right onto Glen Cheek Drive. Follow Glen Cheek Drive until you arrive at 670 Glen Cheek Dr, the location of the Port Canaveral park/viewing area. There is usually free parking available in the vicinity, but be sure to check for any posted regulations.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, take the Space Coast Area Transit bus Route 9, which travels through Cape Canaveral. Board the bus at any of the designated stops along the route. Request to get off at the bus stop closest to Glen Cheek Drive when you see the signs for Port Canaveral. From there, it will be a short walk to 670 Glen Cheek Dr. Be aware that bus fares typically cost around $1.00 per ride, so have the exact change ready.
