Bicycle
From Cape Coral, head south on Del Prado Blvd until you reach the intersection with Pine Island Rd. Turn left onto Pine Island Rd and continue for about 4 miles. After passing the intersection with US-41, continue straight until you reach Estero. Look for signs directing you to Mound Key Archaeological State Park, which is located near Estero. Follow the signs for the park entrance.
Public Transit (Bus)
Take Bus Route 150 from any major stop in Cape Coral heading towards Fort Myers. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Pine Island Rd and US-41. From there, transfer to Bus Route 30 towards Estero. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop nearest to Mound Key Archaeological State Park. The park is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs to the entrance.
Walking
If you're already in Estero, walk towards the nearest major road, which is Estero Blvd. Head south until you reach the intersection with Pine Island Rd. Turn left and continue walking straight. Mound Key Archaeological State Park will be on your right. It is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Estero to the park.
