Follow the signs for the park entrance.

Take Bus Route 150 from any major stop in Cape Coral heading towards Fort Myers. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Pine Island Rd and US-41. The park is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs to the entrance.
