    Bicycle

    From central Cape Coral, head south on Cape Coral Parkway E. Continue on Cape Coral Parkway until you reach the bridge that leads to Fort Myers. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to Sanibel Island. Once on Sanibel, follow Periwinkle Way until you reach the Sanibel Lighthouse at 112 Periwinkle Way.

    Public Transit (Bus and Ferry)

    Start by taking the Lee Tran bus Route 50 from Cape Coral to the Fort Myers Transfer Center. From there, transfer to Route 60, which will take you to the Sanibel Island Bus stop. Once on Sanibel, walk along Periwinkle Way heading east until you arrive at the Sanibel Lighthouse located at 112 Periwinkle Way.
